Good Health Confluence

Good Health Confluence is an educational and experiential event for people to come together, connect and explore the intersections of health and wellness, and what that might look like for both the individual and the collective.

Good Health includes not only physical well being, but also mental, emotional, spiritual and communal wellness. As such, this event features a wide variety of topics including food sovereignty and nutrition, alternative healing therapies and functional medicine, grief work and community health, and so much more!

Good Health will be held at Blue Star Resort and Retreat Center in Columbia Falls, Montana, not far from Glacier National Park. Blue Star sits on 20 private acres of predominantly thick-wooded land with a year round creek, a 2400sqft Event Center, a traditional Finnish Sauna, as well as diverse herb, plant, and wildlife to enjoy.

Included with your entry into the Good Health Confluence, you will have access to:

• over 9 hours of presentations and interactive talks from a curated lineup of professionals, teachers and facilitators on a variety of health and wellness topics (see presenter list below)

• engaging panel discussions on topics such as autoimmunity, chronic pain, and more

• interactive Q&A sessions with our presenters where you can ask them directly about your areas of inquiry

• Saturday morning Yoga session with author and teacher Laura McKinnon

• 45 minute community sauna session and cold plunge (8 people per session, sign up will be required at check in, bring your own towel)

• “meditation zome” to dip in and out of for stillness and quietude

• Optional use of 1 mile hiking trail (weather permitting)

• food options: Mountain Berry Bowls (Acai Bowls), The Soup Spot: Soup and Grilled Cheese, and Vibrant Roots Jun Tea (food cost not included in ticket price)

• Vendor Marketplace for shopping local, organic and/or handmade gifts, as well as local health services (including InVigorate IV Hydration and Wellness!)
