Experience an authentic Finnish Sauna Village nestled in Northwest Montana, minutes away from the magnificent scenery of Glacier National Park, and some of the most untouched wilderness areas in the country. We offer private sauna sessions as well as traditional Finnish sauna treatments.

In addition to her certifications as a Yoga Teacher and a Yoga Therapist, Tanjariitta is a Licensed Psychotherapist (Florida sw7565 Montana, BBH-LCSW-LIC-881) and a Certified Hypnotherapist. 

Tanjariitta's nearly twenty years of professional experience with her clients has taken her from jumping out of airplanes and multi-day backcountry trips to Ritz Carlton Conference Rooms.

Tanjariitta's approach blends her backgrounds in mental health, hypnotherapy, expressive arts, adventure-based therapy, experiential wilderness immersions, mindfulness meditation, martial arts and yoga with her life-long curiosity about our essential spiritual nature.

With over 25 years of experience and drawing upon her mastery in multiple modalities, it's no surprise that she is considered one of the most respected medicine women in northwest Montana. As a storyteller, a healer, and a teacher, she weaves her stories, songs and medicine into the empowering and transformational sessions she facilitates.
